Spalation's Combination.
Spalation's Combination Massage will provide a combination of both Swedish Massage and Thai Massage techniques. The combination of these techniques will produce a relaxing massage experience while also stretching muscles and rotating the body's joints. This will generate a balance of total relaxation and stretching that is needed. A warm organic lotion will be applied to enhance the massage experience and the techniques and will be customized by Joe's expertise and skills to meet the client's needs and provide the perfect massage.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Sport Massage

In this time of Corona Virus and COVID-19, we would like to share with you some information of Spalation's plans. We want to do our part in helping the community to stop this so we will be taking extra precautions to provide a safe environment for you and our team! We hope everyone stays safe always.
Spalation is trying our very best to be the safest place! We have always maintained an extremely sanitary and clean environment, but are definitely adding extra precautions and procedures to ensure your safety as well as that of our team's. Our team is all on-board with this and we will continue providing a safe place.
We provide a very sanitized space and clean all areas and surfaces that any client may touch before and after each guest enters or leaves our spa.
We will also be limiting appointments to control the flow of clients in and out of the spa to ensure there is not too many people in the facility at the same time. We want you and our team to feel 100% safe and comfortable.
Our spa will remain open as much as we can, but we will be open by appointment only from now through 04/01/2020 at least or until the situation gets better.
We do ask that if you are experiencing any signs of sickness, please do not make an appointment or please cancel ahead of time to help stop the spread of any illness. (sore throat, cough, fever, etc). When booking an appointment we may ask a few health questions to help protect all of our guests and team.
We will continue to provide the best service and experience at Spalation and want all of our guests to share in that experience while being comfortable and safe from this virus!.
